Cooking method

  • Peel all vegetables.
  • Rinse millet in several waters.
  • Cut onion into cubes, carrots into strips or grate, cut potatoes in half or quarters.

  • Fry onions in oil, add carrots and fry until a color you like.
  • Three cabbage on a grater, and if sauerkraut, then rinse and finely chop with a knife.

  • We put the frying with crushed potatoes. Let it boil.
  • Add bay leaves and herbs.
