The meat from the ham, for example, was cut into thin slices, thin slices were good for pies and for potatoes. So the meat petals were often frozen. The thickness of the petals varied, for potatoes I cut no thicker than half a centimeter. Sometimes I made meat noodles - I cut these petals into thin cubes and sprinkled them on potatoes. Slightly different look, same taste. In the Miracle frying pan, the meat was baked excellently, giving its juices to the potatoes, and the potatoes themselves turned out to be fragrant. It was possible to leave it all stewed, it was possible to hold it for longer until it was hot. The same can be cooked on gas, over very low heat, the laying of food is the same.
