Honey cake for tea

Ingredients

honey 80g
sour cream 100g
sugar 125g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
baking powder 0.5 tsp
nuts good handful
cinnamon 1 tsp
carnation 0.25 tsp
flour 150 g

Cooking method

  • Mix honey, sugar, egg, sour cream, baking powder. Add oil, mix with a mixer. Add cinnamon, cloves, nuts. Add flour gradually. Mix well.
  • Grease the form with oil (or lay out with parchment), pour out the dough. The size of the mold is 11 X 22 cm.
  • You can sprinkle nuts on top, but there is a risk that they will burn.
  • Oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 190 *. I always check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
  • Bon Appetit!!!
