Carp (carp) with vegetables in basil sauce

Ingredients

Carp (carp) 1 PC
Frozen green beans 500 g
Cherry Tomatoes (Regular) 300 g
Olives 10 pieces
Lemon 1 PC
Basil (I have green) 1 bundle
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, freshly ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the fish, peel, gut, rub with salt and pepper. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. I cook in advance and leave in the fridge for 6-12 hours.
  • Make longitudinal cuts in the fish, in which to put lemon wedges.
  • Put the fish on a baking sheet, greased with oil, sprinkle with oil and set in an oven preheated to 200C for 15 minutes.
  • Pour boiling water over the beans and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the water.
  • Chop tomatoes and olives, mix with beans.
  • Grind the basil leaves. Add salt, pepper, oil, juice of 1 \ 2 lemons, mix. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, mix.
  • Add vegetables to fish and bake for another 15 minutes.
