Cooking method

  • Melt the butter, let it cool a little, I did it in the microwave Beat eggs with sugar, add cardamom, butter, vanilla extract - I cost vanilla instead of extract - sift flour and baking powder. Everything, mix and you can bake. Beat the cream with sugar until a fluffy mass is obtained, fill the tubes with cream. In the absence of cream at the moment, 200 gr. butter, whipped with half a can of condensed milk and a pinch of vanilla. Help yourself! The waffles are sooo tender and crispy.

I reduced sugar from 250 to 200 grams, and it turned out to be very sweet. And she put a teaspoon of baking powder. It seems to me all the same that two tablespoons is a typo.
The waffles came out very tender, crunchy, crumbly. And I really love cardamom and it feels good here. I didn't fill it with anything, they ate it like that.
When baking, each waffle had to be slightly oiled. Here are the results:
