Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their uniform until tender, drain the hot water and fill it with cold water. After such a temperature drop, the peel from the potato instantly flies off, we peel it. Then we twist it in a meat grinder or use a crush. Salt and pepper to taste, then add flour, egg, knead well. The mass is very good. sticky, but this is not scary, because as soon as it touches the decoy, there will be an opportunity to work with this mass.
  • Pour semolina onto a cutting board. Divide the potato mass into several parts. we transfer each part to the board, roll with sausage, roll in semolina. I sprinkle some semolina on the sausage from the spoon on top. Now we will roll it up with a spiral and fix it with a skewer.
  • Preheat the pan, add vegetable oil and fry the sausages from the top and bottom sides (it is convenient to transfer and turn the sausage with a wide spatula). Everything is ready.
  • The taste is slightly reminiscent of a fried pie with potatoes, although in fact it is still a side dish. Delicious. Bon Appetit.
  • P. s .: you can add fillers to your taste, fried or boiled finely chopped mushrooms, chopped bacon, herbs, and whatever your heart desires, to mashed potatoes. The taste will be different every time, interesting in a new way. Experiment.

Years have passed, and I still remember how funny and interesting it was to be treated this way. And I think - how could we, having matured, forget about such a wonderful folk medicine ?! After all, it really helped
