Ingredients

Cooking method

  • In the morning, add the rest of the ingredients and, in addition to salt and oil, knead the dough. 5 minutes after kneading, add salt and oil and continue kneading, for another 5 minutes. The dough is soft and pleasant. Leave in a bowl to ferment for three hours. Twice, after 60 and 120 minutes. stretch and fold. After fermentation on the table, form a bun and a bowl with a covered linen cloth (if there is no proofing basket) for proofing for 90 minutes.
  • Heat the oven to 240, plant the bread immediately by reducing T to 200 and bake for the first 10 minutes under a hood, remove the cap from T to reduce to 150 and switch to convection and bake for another 25 minutes.
  • Bread with a thin crust and a slightly rubbery crumb, very tasty.
