Millet-rice milk porridge (Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

millet 1 m. St. (a little incomplete)
rice 2 tbsp. l.
milk 5.5 m. St.
sugar taste
salt taste

Cooking method

  • I decided to cook millet-rice milk porridge. The ratio of rice and millet can be changed or take one thing ..... not the point. They washed the groats into a bowl, poured milk, salt and sugar ... mixed. The cooking time is straight by default (Porridge 25 minutes, D.2) ... although I used to do it on D.1 in 15-20 minutes, it's also good.

I decided to test the Kasha program on the default time and pressure ... I liked it.
This recipe is universal for any milk porridge, except for semolina, oatmeal and, probably, pearl barley.
I cooked with pumpkin according to the same principle.
Now I will do it on the default time and pressure, because the result is sooo pleased.
For Druzhba porridge, I do not consider this recipe ... in Druzhba, the proportion of cereals is 1: 1, but here it is not.

Olya, thanks for the interesting recipe! I also like almost all cereals more on the "default" mode. D2, 25 min. And with pumpkin as well. I have not tried this porridge yet, but I will definitely cook it, because I eat rice well, but millet is somehow not very good. I want to experiment. I will prepare, unsubscribe.

So yes, but in Friendship there is millet and rice 1 to 1, but not here. For 15 and I cooked, and here was an experiment.
