Potatoes with cream in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Potato 800 g
Carrot 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Vegetable oil
Cream or milk or sour cream or mayonnaise 30-50 ml
Salt, a favorite seasoning

Cooking method

  • Switch on the multicooker to the "Baking" mode and increase the cooking time to 65 minutes
  • (by default, this mode is designed for 40 minutes).
  • Pour oil (sunflower, olive ...) into the bottom of the bowl,
  • put chopped onions, then carrots

  • close the lid (without snapping it shut) and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Coarsely chop the potatoes

  • 3-5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, pour the cream over the potatoes
  • or whatever is in the refrigerator: milk, sour cream, mayonnaise.
  • The taste, of course, will change a little, but it's still very tasty!

Note

Sometimes I don't have time to pour the cream before the end of the cooking time.
In this case, add cream and leave it on the heating for 5 minutes.
