This dish was treated to me by my mother-in-law when we first met. And as it turned out later, this dish must be eaten every time on the festive table. My husband's grandparents are Germans who were resettled from Ukraine to Kazakhstan before the Great Patriotic War. How this dish was born, grandmother did not remember, but it was my grandfather's favorite dish. After the birth of my mother-in-law, my grandfather left the family for another woman. And the dish remained. The grandmother is gone, the spouse's mother is 67 years old, and the lagman, as always, beckons with smells on holidays.
I tried many variants of lagman, but I cook this way at home. This is the most delicious option.
