Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 100 g
Wheat flour c / z 100 g
Water 200 ml

Kimchi 200 g
Green onions (optional) 50 g

Cooking method

  • Prepare all ingredients for the dough: water, flour, egg / flaxseed, salt and pepper. Mix. I use 1 tbsp instead of an egg. l. flax seed, ground in a coffee grinder.

This recipe appeared in our family for a long time. They cooked tortillas without sauces, just by themselves. But a few years ago my husband and I first came to Seoul and were captivated by the gastronomic variety of Korean cuisine. But these cakes have become one of our favorite dishes. In Korea, they can be found everywhere: they are fried on the street, served in cafes, they are an obligatory element of most buffets. Different sauces are always served with such cakes and show that you need to dip without fail, without sauce it is not at all! And since Korea, its polite, sympathetic, hardworking people and, of course, Korean cuisine won us over, kimchi flatbread is now one of our favorite dishes for us.
