Potato with a secret

Ingredients

potatoes (not boiled) 6 pcs. 150 gr.
smoked brisket 50 g
ham 50 g
jerky (or any other to taste) 50 g
hard cheese 50-70 gr
bulb onions 1 pc (about 70 gr)
butter 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil for frying (about 250 ml)
salt taste
ground pepper taste
egg 1 PC
wheat flour 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Wash the potatoes in their uniforms well, set them to cook until cooked, cool them down.
  • During this time, we prepare the secret filling: fry finely chopped onions, brisket, ham, any other meat or sausage to taste in butter, add finely grated cheese when it cools down. Set aside.
  • Peel the peel from the potato, carefully cut it in half and select the middle with a spoon. Grind half of what we have chosen and add to the filling, if necessary, add salt. We fill the halves of the potatoes and connect them together.
  • We put a frying pan with butter to warm up.
  • Beat 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, coat our potatoes with a beaten egg, then sprinkle with flour, then grease with egg and flour again and send them to hot oil. We fry until golden brown and enjoy a wonderful potato!
