Cooking method

  • Hands can be greased with oil or dusty with flour to pull the dough out of the bowl, as it is sticky.
  • We put it on the table dusty with flour and knead it with our hands a couple of times so that it gathers into a lump.
  • Then we divide it into two parts or leave it in one piece.
  • We take a rolling pin and roll it into a layer and form a loaf. I had two forms and I made two loaves.
