Cooking method

  • Rub the fish with salt, sprinkle with white pepper. Stuffed with shrimps. Since the fish is very soft, I cleaned the skin well, but did not remove it, and tied it with threads so that it would not fall apart. Placed 4 slices of pitted lemon on top.
  • I put 1/2 sweet pepper, dill and parsley, the white part of green table onion, 1/2 stalk of green celery into the bag.
  • Then she laid a piece of fish with lemon.
  • I tied the bag in a strong knot, but so that there was room for air in the bag. I put the package in a saucepan, poured water to 3/4 of the height of the package, closed the lid of the pan (while pressing the package assembly with the lid) and let the water boil. I reduced the fire so that the slave would not boil too much, but only boil.
  • Cooking time 15-20 minutes on each side. Then remove the finished fish together with the bag from the pan and place in a bowl for cooling, cool and put in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
  • At the bottom of the bag is a natural soft jelly.
  • Remove the finished cold fish from the bag and cut into portions.
