I've been reading this forum and reviews on Amazon for a day, my brain hurts already. Help with the choice, please, I'm completely confused.

I need a bread maker. Which should do well with kneading dough, baking bread with all sorts of nonsense like olives, baking baguettes and baking little buns (+ all sorts of croissants, muffins and other nonsense). In short, you want the maximum variety in this regard. It is highly desirable that the stove be bugless and does not require replacement of any parts after a year or two.

Oh, I almost forgot - if this is important, then in addition to the dough, we plan to often knead meat into ham.

The budget - more or less do not care. The presence of a stove in Russian stores does not matter, if you advise something that is sold only in Germany, for example, it is also good.

While I stopped at Panasonic SD-ZB2512, I wanted, of course, something cool like Kenwood BM450 or Unold - but the reviews about how quickly they break were scared off. Panasonic seems to be not very good with forms - I see how people on the forum are perverted with self-made or with forms from other stoves, something is not cool. Or is this normal practice for any bread machine? I just never had it, I don't know what is normal here and what is a collective farm =)

HP itself bakes only bread, everything else with handles and in the oven. or shape the finished dough into a baguette tray in Moulinex.

meat for ham.

There is a harvester for this. Kill HP very quickly.

Thank you very much, now it has become much clearer and easier to choose =)

hellsq, I'm sorry to get into your topic, but just like they took it off the tongue! I can't find it either, and here on the forum it's not clear how to search. We also need a bread maker with a reliable kneader that will not break in a year, and so that from time to time the bread is baked, because there is no such habit yet, because everything rests on the dough. And if a bread maker made different dough, then a long baguette can then be baked in the oven, or here is a shortbread dough, which does not like to crush excess contact with hands in a blender, or a tangerine dough for pancakes which is kneaded in boiling water, or a dough for homemade pasta. Maybe a bread maker is not particularly needed in this case, but the program on some of them painfully attracts for kneading yeast dough, in order to pull it out - and mold what you want right away. Maybe bread makers know how to make other dough, there is every cake in the programs, or the program "dumplings" can be adapted. Is there such an apparatus, at least approximately, or buy a planetary mixer for all sorts of perversions and a simple bakery in which in a year you will have to change something? And still the question remains - which one =) ??

Shl once again I'm sorry for getting into your topic =) I hope they will give me a constructive answer =)

everything in all stoves is normal with forms, just the forum people are extremely inventive, and they try to adapt any device under everything, there is no need to put something else in the stove, except for the native bucket, and it was said about replacing the bucket with something else before, and now so many new baking units have appeared that there is no need to experiment with hp

Dear bakers! Please advise or dissuade me about the Energy 234 bread machine, power 580 watts, 450 g bread machine. I searched for it, did not find reviews practically anywhere. Maybe someone has or had such a bread maker? I would be grateful for any information.

Choosing a bread machine what baby, if you need just a little hp, why is this bad? even separately, with 5 programs kneading dough is, but in any u \ m you can at home take your time to see all the models of small hp. although some people write that it has been discontinued ..

Irsha, Irina, yes, I already looked in the internet, it is difficult to decide for the eyes. And this one in a store within walking distance is worth it, and not expensive. I would like to hear feedback from real users ...
Irina, is kneading dough for yeast or dumplings, too?

and kneading dough is for yeast or dumplings, too?
Yes. and depending on how many minutes there are, if an hour and a half, then for yeast, if for 15 minutes it is dumplings, but dumplings can be kneaded on any program, where there is no heating before kneading, if you stop HP after 15-20 minutes at the first kneading. a stove of a good firm, cheap, well, why not take it, all the more close and see, touch it. I have not seen such a model on the forum. but the customer is good, ours is Russian, the food combines are not killed by them.
Svetlana62
Irina, thank you!
I'll probably take it. Harvester Energia is still alive with me, it is almost 30 years old, the deceased father gave it to the wedding. Now, however, I do not use it, but it is intact, the 90s survived only thanks to him, all the blanks were on it. Shaitan machine!

My supra230 has been working hard for the fifth year now, and it costs 3-4 times cheaper than Panasonic.

Resident, buy yourself a Panasonic. And you will be 4 times happier

In defense Resident as superowner, which he advises to buy in more than one topic - I also did not have a Panasonic and others like him, I with pleasure and interest read topics about hp on the forum, and for yourself decided - I have no extra moneybut there is a big experience for baking bread, I bake the whole marriage, and I don't need a stove that decides what to do, I have time, in order not to give the whole process of kneading and baking to the discretion of hp, but to regulate it itself, depending on flour, yeast, liquid taken and much more, I initially needed an inexpensive one dough mixer not only yeast dough, more often it is dumplings, mantle, creaks and kneads the dough on the pasta. My kitchen is small, there is also one table for all kinds of preparations, and kneading any dough in xn saves space very much, you can turn it on into any outlet in the apartment and the fact that flour does not pour on the table, but everything is in one place, clean and neat, too for me was decisive when buying hp, although until then, since 1982, I had been making dumplings in the combine in my Sonechka

Choosing a bread machineJapanese SANYO

, and when exactly cheap HP appeared, and I bought it, but well, Mary Ivanna has it, but I don't have it. As I later read, the trouble of all xn, who have a red axle seal, and not a black one, xn working, covered the hole with stove clay and you can just use the stove for at least something. But how breadI liked the mister's stove more, the programs are more balanced, I have a lot of bread and bread itself baked. Supra is tougher, warms more at the stages of mixing, also works often for dumplings. Yes, and was bought for a stock, not very expensive. Here's an old grandmother talking, but maybe someone will need personal experience

No matter how trite, take Panasonic, there is no safer on the market.
Panasonic has several types of yeast dough in SD2500 (8 types) -2501 (9 types) from pizza dough for 45 minutes, to dietary dough on whole grain flour for 3 hours 15 minutes. Plus yeast-free dumplings

It will be useful to me, Irina! Thank you for sharing your personal experience. If I buy, I’ll come with questions in a personal. While I think, because there is actually no kitchen, and no space either, and sometimes you want bread, the store has become completely ugly, regardless of the price, it is impossible to eat. However, St. Petersburg bread did not stand next to the Kurgan side in good times, a completely different flour. Trans-Ural bread and vegetables, this is the only good thing that I remember from that life, a young specialist who is serving his labor service to the state. Well, except that I also brought my husband from there.

So I was leaning towards Panasonic under the pressure of the opinions of colleagues and acquaintances, but I decided to try it first, take a cheaper one, I liked Supra230 from the abundance in the store.
And the more she works, more and more I am convinced that Panasonic 4x Supr is not worth it.

Used Panisonic in excellent condition (use less than 1 year) purchased for 3 tons. much better than the new Supra bought for the same money. It is always worth looking at used ones, quite often there are very tempting offers.

Dear bakers) My outbred (cheap, Alaskan clone) bread maker broke down. A bucket leaked. We got it used and free. It was the first for us, thanks to the forum we learned how to bake bread. They were not particularly wise with wheat-rye for everyday life and delicious with raisins on condensed milk, such as butter buns for breakfast with coffee. We don't want to eat at the store anymore (((I thought we'd buy an inexpensive one again and okay ... The inexpensive one turned out to be under 4000 rubles. As if not for nothing (((I read the forum, break, flow, bake badly ... ..... All as they agreed ... I understand everything ... A thing is a thing. But 12-15 thousand rubles. Oh ... Yes, and even in height in the allotted place will not enter (((((- 38 see. With my ex 29 ... In short, it's sad ... all this. and some kind of hopelessness. Well, really there is no stove that you can safely put in second place in the rating? Wishes: bread 750 g (500 g is too small), the price is 6000 - the edge is under 7000 rubles.Well, so that it still bakes decently and does not serve for a year. Thanks to everyone who responded in advance
