Ingredients

Sausages 10 pieces.
Potatoes 700gr.
Egg 2 pcs.
semolina 50gr.
milk 50gr.
flour 200gr.
salt
butter 30gr.
Hard cheese (like Russian) 50gr.

Cooking method

  • We set to cook mashed potatoes. Pour the semolina with milk.
  • We knock down the finished potatoes with one egg. Add semolina. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour flour on the table and put mashed potatoes there.
