Ingredients

For creamers: sour cream with a fat content of at least 20% 200 gr.
Eggs C-2 2 pcs.
Sugar 150-180 gr.
Flour / s 510 gr.
Wheat flour c / z 180 g
Margarine (butter) soft 150 gr.
Baking powder 2 tsp
Coarse sea salt pinch
Flour for burning, premium 1.5-3 tbsp. l.
Vanillin
For the filling: Cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 5% is not liquid 400-500 gr.
Thick sour cream (if the cottage cheese is thin, then do not add) 2-3 st. l.
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Semolina (semolina) 1-2 tbsp. l.
Egg white C-O 1 PC.
To lubricate the creamers:
Egg yolk C-0 1 PC.
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Turmeric

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add sour cream. Then send the oil to the bowl. Sift all the flour together with baking powder and vanilla. Gradually adding, knead the dough.
  • The dough turns out to be sticky, but gathers into a good bun. Do not add flour. Place the bun in a floured dish and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. The dough will return completely different.
  • Wholegrain spices
  • Beat the cottage cheese with all the ingredients in a food processor. The nozzle is a scapula. I do not recommend using a blender - it will be liquid. Sour cream is indicated in the ingredients, but I advise you to add it only if the cottage cheese is dry. Better to double the proteins.
  • Roll out the dough 8-10 mm. Cut into circles using a small saucer. Stretch the circle of dough a little to give an oval force. Put the filling on one half, cover the other like a blanket.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
  • Wholegrain spices

The dish is designed for

2 baking sheets

Note

I know that there are a lot of recipes on the forum. I just wanted to share my own. The spices are crispy on top and soft inside.

Irish, I will like it, and mine will too, it's just that there is absolutely no time now I have your cake with condensed milk on my mind and burfi, but only when it becomes a little freer

How many I want to make and never did in my life, although I loved them very much during my school days. I looked at Chuchelkin's recipe (if I'm not mistaken) all the same. Ir, give me a magic pendel. Maybe I can.

Angela, and I recently saw on sale whole grain fine and coarse separately.
ang-kay
I have not seen this here. It can simply be called coarse or whole grain, and the grinding can be different. Not specified. You just know the manufacturer and what kind of flour he has.

with us, or I didn't pay attention before, but it turned out to be a very large selection of the manufacturer and the grindings are different

Thank you, Ira for the recipe. The dough is really amazing and easy to work with. I never baked juices, but then I read the recipe and caught fire. It turned out exactly 12 pieces. Not a piece of dough went to waste. A little filling remained, so I added coconut flakes to it and in MV (a recipe was recently exposed), of course the proportions left a bit, but everything worked out
Wholegrain spices

And yes. I don't have a combine, the mixer coped with everything, the cottage cheese did not get any worse (I did not add sour cream with a specialist)
Tumanchik
Yulia, very glad that I liked it! Beautiful cobblers turned out! Eat for good health!
