Hello. I was going to buy a bread maker. I plan to use it mainly for kneading dough for dumplings, pizza, pies. Please help me decide on the model. I consider all companies except for Panasonic (this unit is wonderful, but expensive).
Elena Bo
Then choose by the size of the baking. The more, the more dough you can knead.
Kotok
Thank you)) For me, not that it would be more, but that it would be possible to cook dumplings. I don't really know .. probably it depends on the power. After all, not all models cope with dumplings.
Sedne
Isn't it better to buy a kneader for these purposes?
Kotok
Not ... well, I will also bake)) Moreover, there are bread makers with such functions. Why am I asking: there is no selection by parameters for this function as such: just the parameter "kneading the dough" ... and it is important for me what would be on the dumplings. And they basically knead everything.
Elena Bo
See by modes. If there is a Pelmeni mode, then it kneads.
Bread makers bake bread of different quality. Maybe still Panasonic, but used (in good condition)? I bought myself one and took the model that was discontinued. But it came out on a budget.
Sedne
I also have a Panasonic and kneads perfectly (there is a dumplings mode) and bakes well.
Kotok
Panasonic is of course a thing! I even decided on the model 2502 ... Then I looked at the prices ... these are tears (((I think that second-hand Panasonic does not exist ... I definitely won't find it in my city.
Elena Bo
It even happens. Someone does not need it at all, someone's circumstances change. It is worth looking.

Why was this particular model chosen? You can watch 2500 ... It is simpler and will be cheaper. It also has the "Pelmeni" mode.

Kotok,
I have been using Supra-230 for the fifth year already, including the dough mesh, now you can find it cheaper than 4 tons.
Rarerka
There are no specials in my HP. dumplings, but there is Dough. I knead any dough on it! I think many people do that.
Waist
Rarerka, I almost do the same
I have HP for Europe, there is no "dumplings" program in it, there is a "yeast dough" program. This program is pre-equalized as for a regular bread program.
Often you need a simple, not yeast dough, for the same dumplings or pasties. I knead on the "quick bread" program, the kneading will start right there. I leave the lid open and in 15-20 minutes - the dough is ready.

So, if you already have HP, maybe you should try to knead the dough in it. Do not think that if there is a separate program "dumplings", then it will knead the dough as "manual", just as cool, no. For HP there is a limit and the steep dough does not fit into it. The gingerbread man should be soft enough so that the HP can easily knead it. Look at the recipes for dumplings in the instructions, for sure it differs from the usual.

There seems to be no rye bread.
Supra watched the 350th (powerful, but the rye bread regime seems to be gone). I watched LG HB-2001BY - many functions .. even for some reason oil))) and, according to user reviews, makes dumplings. dough and inexpensive comparatively (well, with supra for the same price). And I also walked through the forum here and read that it turns out that not all Panasonic will make dumplings - it all depends on the market to which they are sent (European, Russian). I don’t know, maybe I’m bothering too much, but I’m very afraid to make a mistake with the purchase.

Kotok,
Kate, I have a 2500 stove for Europe and it just does not have the "Pelmeni" and "Rye" modes. All this can be done using other programs. I do and others do.
But if that's not straightforward, then see another model Just 2500 cheaper, but no less good.
Kotok
I've also thought: if they bake yeast bread, then why don't they bake, for example, rye ... Or yeast-free ... Or somewhere a function, and a cake and sweet pastries ... as if the cake is unsweetened ... Much like me I realized these are more marketing moves. Thank you very much for your advice, I will look closely.
Rarerka
Isn't rye a yeast one? And sweet pastries - yeast?
You are comparing different concepts.
And by and large, any program can knead the dough, except for "baking"
You can knead in any stove. Just choose according to the functions that you still need. If you like the oven, then I advise you to choose the largest mass of baked product. You can just use it as a kneader. And there is never too much ready-made dough
Kotok
Well, knead the dough, yes, in theory, any should. Only the dough is different, yeast, non-yeast. And many have only one program for all types of test. And they diligently warm up all types of dough)) And apart from Panasonic, there is something special about the "dough" mode and there is nothing to look after. So far, the supra has attracted from the budget (two blades, power 880). But! I read its service life - 3 years ... I was somehow embarrassed after 7 years of Panasonic service) And again, only one program for the test. It's just that my budget multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond has been plowing for 5 years ... several times a day, sometimes. But the plastic flew, the buttons were put on ... but it works while it works ... so I don't see any reason to buy a new one. I think that it can also be with supra, since the service life is short. Probably still have to decide on the Panasonic

Kotok, I have a Redmond RBM-1906 x / stove, it has a Yeast dough program and, separately, Unleavened dough. And 2 years warranty if cho. Cheaper Panasonic. And there is no preview. heating. I'm happy with it.

power 880
This is the power of the heating element, no more.
Panasonic has several types of yeast dough in SD2500 (8 types) -2501 (9 types) from pizza dough for 45 minutes, to dietary one on whole grain flour for 3h15 minutes. Plus yeast-free dumplings
Waist
I already wrote that in my HP Panasonic (for Europe) there is no separate program of yeast-free dough at all, only for yeast, that is, only with heating. But I am not sad about this, I knead such a dough on the "Fast" program with the lid open and everything turns out great.

And dumplings can be kneaded in a food processor

For example so
Dumplings dough without kneading in 21 seconds! (dough for dumplings with knives in a food processor) + video

Kotok
All!!! Finally it happened !!! The Panasonic 2511 is already at home. Many thanks to everyone for the advice. Now I turn to another Temko.
