Ingredients

Ham 200 grams
Smoked bock 50 grams

Cooking method

  • Ministrone is a thick Italian vegetable soup with spaghetti. Interesting and good for quick cooking, a free set of available vegetables and the addition of brisket / ham / any smoked meats. Lovers of pasta will also like it.
  • So, cut the smoked side and lightly fry on the "Fry" mode, pressure 3 (without waiting for the "P" icon to be displayed) - 5 minutes

  • Then add diced potatoes and carrots and continue to fry for another 5 minutes

  • Then we lay down the zucchini and celery cut into cubes, the leeks in half rings and the Bulgarian pepper and fry for another 5 minutes

  • As a result, vegetables will not be fried in the full sense of the word, but they will become softer and, as it were, steamed. The peculiarity of the soup is also that vegetables should not be tough, they should keep their shape, but be cooked enough. Pre-roasting is exactly what we want.
  • At the end of the process, add diced ham, salt, spices, tomato sauce or pasta, a clove of garlic:
  • Minestrone
  • Fill with boiling water until the 3/5 mark (remember that the soup should not be watery. The liquid should only cover the vegetables by 2-3 cm.)
  • Close the lid, "Soup" mode, pressure 2, time 20 minutes. When the signal sounds, forcibly release the pressure and add spaghetti, previously broken up and boiled in salted water. Stir, close the lid and let stand for 5 minutes. All the "Ministrone is ready."

Note

Ideally, Ministrone is served with grated Parmesan cheese. But for lack of it, they did without it. It will be good with parsley and dill, but it is better to add the herbs simply to the plate.
The frozen vegetable mix mentioned in the ingredients is a Mexican mix of green peas + corn + leeks + bell peppers + celery root + asparagus beans.
And yes! If you add more black pepper, then the soup has a very pleasant spice (who loves, of course)

Just let me clarify that minestrone is served with grated Parmesan cheese, it is brought in a separate bowl (or it is grated on the table), and each is sprinkled to taste, as well as there is always some kind of legumes in it, as a rule, small white beans or green peas.
