sour cream 150 g
eggs 2 pcs
creamy margarine (you can eat whatever) 115 gr (this is half a pack)
sugar 200 g
salt 0.5 tsp
flour 1 kg
soda (extinguish) 0.5 tsp
Japanese green tea (optional) 2 tsp
carrot juice (optional) 4 tsp

Cooking method

  • I decided to get another old recipe, it appeared in the mid-seventies, my mother brought the recipe from work, she was treated to cookies, she liked it, as a result, the recipe ended up with us, so I don’t know the origin, I don’t know the name. But these cookies remind me a lot of chrysanthemums, so that's what I named it. The recipe is designed for two kilograms of flour, I reduced it to a kilogram.
  • Knead the dough in the KhP, add the ingredients according to the instructions, the "unleavened dough" program 15 minutes, the margarine is soft, cut into pieces. The dough turns out to be tender, soft, pleasant does not stick to your hands, I divided it into 3 pieces, added Japanese green tea to one, and carrot juice to the second (this is not necessary, I just wanted to make it prettier). I covered the dough with foil and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Chrysanthemum Cookies... Then she passed the dough in small pieces through a meat grinder (mechanical, I did not try it on electric) with one hand, and cut it with a knife with the other and neatly laid it out on a baking sheet sent with baking paper (she smeared the paper with olive oil).   • I took a fine grate for a meat grinder, immediately twisted the green dough and smoothed it out, and then white or yellow in the center. You can lay it out in another way, just not very thick.
  • Baked at 200-250 degrees for 25 minutes until browning, it turned out three baking sheets of cookies. (I have an old Hefest slab, the simplest)
