Lightly salted cucumbers in vacuum (CASO MyVac 20)

Ingredients

cucumbers 0.5KG
fresh dill, garlic, hot pepper taste
salt 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • My cucumbers, poke them with a toothpick or fork (depending on the size of the cucumber, so that they are salted more evenly), finely chop a bunch of dill, cloves of garlic (I have 4), I also add a few chopped hot pepper rings for piquancy. We take a vacuum bag (mine with a ZIP fastener), turn the sides a little outward so as not to get dirty when placing the ingredients. Place the cucumbers, chopped spices, 1 level tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar inside the bag. We close the bag, shake it well, pump out the air (who have stationary vacuum tubes, then: shake it well, pump out the air, seal it). We are waiting for about 1 hour and bon appetit!

In general, it turned out that with the purchase of a new gadget in our family, such cucumbers became our favorites this summer. And the most important thing is that such a favorite summer delicacy can now be classified as "Guest at the Threshold": the appetizer is ready within an hour and does not require your attention at all, you can conjure over other dishes at that moment.
This was invented completely by accident, but unexpectedly the recipe gave rise to other interesting discoveries. I wrote this recipe simply in the forum feed, but since it is constantly being lost, the girls ask to issue it separately - use it to your health!
