Angela, I'm running with a huge thank you for these loaves. It just turned out wonderful, the crumb is airy, light and tasty.
Only I didn't have whole grains, I put semolina and vegetable oil instead of butter. I kneaded the dough in KhP, then proofed and in the oven, the result is simply great.
