Irina, look at the sixth page in Elena's post, I didn’t come up with it, but the photo of her crumb really hooked me to the quick. Now I always bake these semolina bars. Magically!!!
You just change the c / s to semolina. And all according to the recipe

Good loaves! I suppose you took some strong flour? Then semolina was not necessary to use, it's a pity. Although very good too)

Irina, I just bought a "normal" oven this summer, and so many years in a small oven. She is electro with two heating elements and has never let me down. And now I don't even understand HOW it was .., you quickly get used to good things. Now I threw 4 tomato leaves and after three hours it’s ready, and there it would dry for a week

I'll try it somehow. Do you know that all baked goods are better if milk is mixed with water? I never even make pancakes with milk alone. That can be with dry so. It doesn't come out so bold.
