  • In the same place Natalia (kuznez84) gave a link to an English-language recipe. And I decided to make them. The rolls turned out to be completely different in taste and texture, so I post the recipe.
  • So.
  • We take out the butter from the refrigerator 1 hour before baking, so that it becomes soft (do not melt the butter).
  • Sift flour, add salt, sugar, yeast and warm water. Knead at low speed for 3 minutes. The dough should be tough and look like "rags".

  • If it is very tight, then you need to add a tablespoon of water. I had to do it. Then add 50g of soft butter and knead at low speed for 5 minutes. then on medium (in Kenwood at "2") 10-15 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  • Put in a bowl, cover and let rise for 40-45 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 6 pieces.

  • Sprinkle each piece with flour and roll it into a rectangle as thin as possible. On Kenwood rolling it was possible to roll it out by 7, if it turns out thinner, it will be even better. Lubricate the entire surface of the dough with soft (not melted) butter

  • and roll into a roll on the short side. We cut the resulting roll in half lengthwise and fold each half into a loose knot. Put the blanks in greased muffin molds.

  • Cover, let our buns come up and put them in the oven at 200 gr. for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes, they began to blush very well for me, so I lowered the temperature to 180 grams.
  • Cool the finished buns on a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
