Cooking method

  • I have decorated the cocoa bread through a stencil. Then I made a round cut around the entire circumference.
  • Baking on a stone in an oven preheated to the maximum (I have 250 degrees), the first 10 minutes with steam.
  • Remove the steam, lower the temperature to 180 degrees, briefly air the oven.
  • We bake until readiness for another 20-25 minutes.
  • We take it out, let it cool and enjoy.
