Pickled pumpkin

Ingredients

Pumpkin 500 grams
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 2 teaspoons
wine or apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
garlic 2-3 teeth
bulb 1small
ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Grate pumpkin on a coarse grater or for Korean carrots.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Pass the garlic through a press.
  • Add onion, garlic, salt to the pumpkin, add sugar and pepper.
  • Heat vegetable oil, pour into pumpkin, mix well.
  • Transfer to a jar, put in the refrigerator for a day.

Another time I will either twirl this one for a few minutes in the microwave, or I will cook it. Or I will rub it on a regular grater. And I also added spices and spices.
