Liver salad

Ingredients

Liver 300 g
Beans 1 glass
Onion 1 piece
Carrot 1 piece
Mayonnaise 150 g

Cooking method

  • Boil the beans. Boil the liver and grate on a coarse grater. Fry chopped onions and grated carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Stir in beans, liver and roast. Season with mayonnaise. FSE! Bon Appetit!

My way of cooking liver for salad:

The readiness of the liver is checked with a sharp object (knife, fork, toothpick). Remove a piece of liver from the water and puncture it. If, after piercing, light juice is released from the pulp, then the liver is cooked. If, after thirty seconds, dark clots have formed near the puncture site, then the liver inside has not yet cooked.
