Ingredients

flour 3 tbsp. l. with top
potato starch 1 st. l. with top
egg 1 PC.
salt on the tip of a knife
water 400 ml

Cooking method

  • You can mix everything by hand or in a blender.
  • All the ingredients into a blender and pour water to the eyeballs (400 ml flask), beat, pour the contents into a bowl and then I look at the first pancake, if necessary, I add water (most often I add) and bake on lightly greasing the frying pan with sunflower oil (on a grease we have say).
  • If you need more pancakes, add 3 more tablespoons of flour and a spoonful of starch, you have to beat the next portion, but I no longer add this flour to the eggs and pour the starch and water into the first portion and stir.
  • Very thin pancakes are baked, I cut them and put them in a saucepan (I have it for the microwave), dip one side in melted butter, fold them in a circle on top of each other with the oiled side down, only dip the last pancakes on both sides. And I put it in the oven or in the microwave, so that they would warm up a little (bake). It turns out very tasty pancakes that melt in your mouth, you will lick your fingers. You can also wrap any filling in them, then I also fry the envelopes with the filling in butter. But I adore mine without filling.

This recipe was always used by my grandmother, it was especially delicious when she put these leaflets in the stove and they languished there.
Even before the war, she worked as a cook in a factory canteen, maybe a recipe from those times.
