Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures)

Ingredients

Dough
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Cottage cheese 250 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Kefir 0.3 cups
Flour 1 / 2-2 / 3 cup
Baking powder 0.5 pack
Filling
Chicken breast fillet 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Boiled potatoes 1 PC. (large) or 2 pcs. middle
Young zucchini 0.5 pcs.
Salt, spices
Butter 10 g

Cooking method

  • Boil chicken breast fillet and potatoes. Cut into small pieces, add raw (also chopped) zucchini, onions and spices according to your taste (I have salt, pepper, seasoning for meat, dried garlic and parsley).
  • Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures) Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures) Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures) Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures)
  • In a bowl, combine salt, sugar, vegetable oil and egg. Add cottage cheese and grind everything properly so that there are no lumps. Pour a few tablespoons of kefir and stir again. Pour sifted flour with baking powder into the resulting mass and finally knead the dough. In terms of consistency, it should turn out to be thicker than on pancakes: that is, not pouring from the spoon, but keeping the shape.
  • Spoon about 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of the dish and flatten.
  • Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures)
  • Put the filling and a few slices of butter on top

  • We close our pie with the remaining third of the dough (I literally added 2 tablespoons of kefir to it so that it is better distributed over the surface)

  • And put in an oven preheated to 180 * for 40 minutes.

The dish is designed for

Time for preparing:

40 min preparation, 40 min. bakery products

Cooking program:

Oven, 170-180 *, 40 min.

Note

I saw the recipe for this cake on YouTube, on the "Marina's Tvorinki" channel (author - Marina40 - a member of our forum). I was interested and won over by the fact that little butter goes into the dough and there is no margarine and mayonnaise.
Here is a video of the preparation of the original of this Jellied Pie

Ikra
Biryusa, I was also looking for a jellied pie without mayonnaise. And hurray! You found him!
I took it to the bookmarks.

Irina, bake by all means - you will not regret it at all. It is prepared very easily and quickly and also quickly, probably eaten
Podmosvichka
Thank you .
I will definitely try to do it, but with CZ flour and without potatoes,
zucchini will be enough for juiciness.
Rada-dms
Olenka! Great recipe! And the zucchini is very handy! I will bookmark it and will do it soon! : girl-yes: Required !!! Thank you very much!

Wow what a pie
Zucchini is where to attach
I will bake

Len, in the Princess? At first I also wanted to bake in it, but there was only one breast. The 24-centimeter shape in height did not fit into the Princess, and there was nothing to smear over a large area, a pancake would have turned out.

Thank you dear namesake

Olga, with the first recipe for you! Finally, you decided to share your goodies with the people! Such a dough will suit any filling, I take it to bookmarks and will definitely do it. Thank you!!!

Gal, I myself was so happy when I came across this curd jellied dough! I gradually began to move away from the yeast, and everything that I tried was fatty and heavy. And this is the very thing! Don't forget to tell about baked goods with other fillings.

here and I think - where should I apply a bunch of green onions grown in the garden!
Olga, Thank you! Very on time, I will try to do it today, otherwise I have nothing to feed the men for lunch tomorrow, and then there will be dinner, and the onions will be used!

Olya, thanks for the recipe! So beautiful, bookmarked, I will definitely try
Mikhaska
Olchik! Forgive me for calling you Julia in thanks! I talked to another girl in a personal and automatically dashed you like Yulia ...
The pie is great and, at least a little, but more dietary than mayonnaise pies.
And, already, curd dough is my favorite!
Thanks for the recipe!

What a masterpiece! Olya was directly embarrassed, this is one of those pies with which I bored you the other day when I met. But seriously, the dough is really successful, and I would even say - universal.

Olga, very beautiful pie!
Thank you, Irina! He's also delicious ...

Choi bored you? Did you buy cottage cheese and what? And after yesterday, I still ran to Alla today, and that, yes ...

Zagorskiy was not brought on Saturday, so she took the first one she came across, but chose without grains, plastic. But the cottage cheese was still a little dry, so I had to add kefir to the dough.

Interesting. And I'm going tomorrow, if the stars are right. Tady, at the same place at the same hour? Hope we get to know each other

Little girls, help a friend nadot - will there be enough dough for the Princess or do you double the norm?
Biryusa
Olesya, you will not believe: I myself am sitting racking my head about this. It still seems to me that not very much dough comes out of 250 g of cottage cheese, in the Princess the pie will turn out like a pancake. I would take the milk rate, that is, 500 g of cottage cheese.
Summer
Don't rack your brains, Olenka, I have already muddied a double portion, and I was stretching it like a princess. Let's see what the result will be
What is the result,
🔗
In life, handsome, in the photo is not very, it smells delicious!
The portion of the dough is double, but the cottage cheese was less, a pack of 400 grams, and I also ate a couple of tablespoons while deciding how much dough to cook
Filling - green onions with egg and a large tablespoon of cream

Olesik, I was breaking my head for myself: I muddied a double portion of the dough and the filling myself. The filling did not fit all, I had to knead more dough for the rest of it for a small 24-cm form. In general, while I was fiddling with this second portion, the cake in the Princess was notably fried on top (stronger than yours). No, there is something, apparently, you can, but I don't like that. In short, the recipe must be adapted for the Princesses.
Song
Let's adapt it sooner rather than later ... I'll wait in the bushes for now.
You won't be long. I want it too.
Summer
Song, get out of the bushes, you need a double rate of princess test. And I don’t know the filling, I don’t have the same onion as Olyushka’s, but I usually make the filling by eye
Biryusinochka, I just noticed, I didn't tell you pasiba, thank you dear, the pie is excellent, now I will rewrite it in a notebook "for posterity"
Didn't you make the sweet version? Just add some sugar?
Biryusa

Didn't you make the sweet version?
Ishsho did not have time, I just started baking from this dough for the first time yesterday. And I don’t know if I’ll get together when to try sweet pies: my meat is somehow more recognized
Quote: Summer
double the rate of the princess test is necessary. I don’t know the filling
The dough, it seems to me, is better to take one and a half rate, for 300-400 g of cottage cheese, and make the filling from one piece of chicken fillet (or reduce potatoes with zucchini).

Biryusinochka, I just noticed, I didn't tell you pasiba, thank you dear, the pie is very great
Thank you, Olesik Glad you liked it! You were the first to bake a pie from this dough

Biryusa, What a beauty!!!

Today I made a pie in the Princess in a form for a jellied pie, at the same time I tried the form (it turned out to be just super)
Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures)
Made from 270 grams of soft cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of kefir and 200 grams
glasses of flour. Despite the fact that the flour is whole grain, the pie turned out
the most tender. Separately fried the breast with onions in the filling and
cabbage.

It's not just delicious, it's sooooo delicious.
Thanks a lot for the recipe
Biryusa
Podmosvichka, Lena! What a wonderful pie turned out! I'm glad I liked the recipe
gala10
Olga, thank you! I made such a pie today. There was too much stuffing, so I have it a little wobbly, but sooooo tasty. The dough is amazing. I had the filling: cauliflower + sautéed ground pork + fried onions. Do not judge strictly, but here it is, physical evidence:

I will definitely repeat!

Olga, Olga, Biryusinka! I also wandered into your Pie!
I want to make. There is just a chicken in the remainder, potatoes ... But here is a zucchini, just frozen cubes! Will it fit ?? A?
And another question - And in the cartoon DIDN'T TRY - oven?
Thanks for the recipe!

OH! Blinky-Beal !!! And there is no cottage cheese !!! Last night, all of him was worn out on the casserole by Tanya - Admin ...
FSE - then baking is postponed for the evening! I will buy!

And just yesterday I made such a pie with cauliflower, leftover homemade ham and cheese. Now I'm making a double portion of the dough. Yummy! Olga, thank you again!

Rita, now in winter I do without zucchini: boiled chicken and potatoes, sometimes (every other time) onions, spices, butter - and fsio! I never baked with frozen zucchini, but why not try it?
I didn’t do it in a multicooker and I don’t even know how to do it: the dough is rather liquid, will the top have time to “grab” before turning it over? My favorite is the oven.I tried it a couple of times in Pizza Maker, I didn’t like it - the cake is wet. For me in the oven - just right

Checkmark, here with a filling is a large field for imagination, you can stuff a lot of things there. The whole chip is in the dough.

yes, the dough attracted me! Bulk, yes with curd.
OL, no, for the first time I won't put ice-cream zucchini, I don't want to risk it, and, of course, I won't! I understood your idea, and although I have the Princess. I will do it in the oven! Then unsubscribe! Thank you.

I completely agree. After many experiments with different cartoons, Princessskaya and Prümel came to the conclusion that the best pastries are in the oven!

I made two small cakes. Here is the first
Jellied pie (based on the Marina's creatures)
The second one broke a little while getting out of the mold. Cabbage with egg filling. The dough is simple and tasty! Thank you!
Biryusa
Chubby, Sveta! What a rosy cake turned out
It happens to me, too, sometimes wants to fall apart when I take it out of the mold For myself, I concluded that this happens if I put a lot of filling, and if it is juicy and heavy
I'm glad the recipe came to court

if I put a lot of fillings,
Yes, it made my case tastier. And yet the form is high. I will definitely consider
Biryusa
Or, as an option, make more dough and line the form with baking paper. By the way, Marina in the original recipe on the video does just that.
Knor
I have silicone. The first jumped out himself, the form is not high. And this one did not want to taste it did not affect,
mamusi
Biryusa, Olga, yesterday I prepared your pie, but I go without a report
I didn't look photogenically ... but delicious gobbled up... .. I ate it in one turnip, I just got a tiny kusmanchik, but what can I do, how not to give up to a CHILD !!! If it came running hungry from work ... and when will I marry ???
I will report ... the filling was stewed cabbage (the remains of Staropolskaya - from Toshibka))) plus boiled chopped eggs plus green onions.
I really liked the dough, but I didn't have enough for the top layer, the shape was too big ... and the cottage cheese was only 200 g, so the top was baldish-perforated, despite the addition of 2 spoons of kefir and thorough smearing ... that's why I didn't take a picture!
I will definitely post the next one! Thanks for the recipe! :-)
Biryusa
mamusi, Rita, I also baked two such cakes today. Instead of a breast for the filling, I boiled chicken thighs fillet, it turned out much juicier and more tender. And I, too, barely had enough dough to close the top. Every time I cook, I promise myself to make more dough, and almost always I can hardly fit

I came with a big thank you! The cake is gorgeous! It was not even spoiled by the fact that I forgot to put in the baking powder. Did a double shot at the princess. Self-made filling: beef light, egg, fried onions, zucchini, herbs. Delicious. She ate herself, could not tear herself away.

Olga, I'm very glad that you liked the cake. As I discovered this dough for myself, I almost abandoned the yeast oven (well, if only small portioned pies). And really - eat it, eat it ... but there is no feeling of heaviness and overeating

beef lung, egg, fried onions, zucchini, herbs. Delicious.
Here's another variation of the filling Thanks for the idea!
