Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Unscented sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 0.5 tbsp.
Cream (3-4 cakes):
Cream 1 glass
Sour cream 1 glass
Sugar 0.5-1 glass
Thickener for cream (as required) 1 PC.
Filling: 100-150gr
Dried apricots
Raisins
Prunes
Nuts

Glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • beat eggs well with sugar
  • Sher-Ami cake

  • whip cream with sour cream (if the cream is thin, add a thickener)

  • apply cream thickly on the cake, filling on top to taste,
