3) Insert a steamer into a saucepan and drain the liquid into a glass. Drain the rest of the liquid into a sink. We won't need it anymore.
4) Pour salt - sugar, both types of pepper, lavrushka into a saucepan.
Pour in rast. oil. Pour the essence into a glass of drained juice and pour everything into MV. Stir better.
"Baking" 40 min.
At this time, peel the garlic and squeeze it into a saucer. Also sterilize empty jars and lids.
When the cartoon switches to heating, add the crushed garlic. Mix everything again and, without switching off the MV, start transferring to sterilization. banks. Distribute vegetables and liquid evenly into the jars so that no juice remains.
Roll up. Turn over and - under the covers.
The output is exactly 5 half liters.
