  • Dry the fillet, roll in flour and lightly fry on both sides (literally a couple of minutes)
  • Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  • I cut the carrots with a "housekeeper" and then into very thin strips.
  • I also cut the pepper along the "housekeeper"
  • All the vegetables are a little simmered in a frying pan.
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Put the fish, salt, sprinkle with spices, and on top - vegetables. Lightly salt the vegetables too.
  • Cover with tomato rings.
  • We put to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Rub the cheese, mix with a clove of garlic, which we pass through a press.
  • We take out the fish, sprinkle with cheese on top and put it in the oven for another 7-10 minutes.

Oh, how beautiful! And delicious! I made fish on a vegetable pillow, but I didn't have to under vegetables.
Angela, thanks for the recipe!

Angela is so beautiful! What kind of river carp or pond carp? Unas sell live carps all year round (in private ponds they are fed like piglets), but they are sooo fat! And in the village they caught a completely different fish in the river, which grew up in natural conditions.
Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try to cook any normal carp I get.
I always admire your recipes, it is beautiful, delicious, thank you for sharing your experience!

IrinaThank you for such kind words. I have a carp grown in natural conditions at the rate. It must be a pond. But we don't feed them on purpose. Maybe somewhere they are engaged in industrial production, but here for pleasure. They catch it, sell it, but it's not big.
Thanks again and good luck!

Angela, if when you come to us, then prepare me such a carp. With all their love for the family, this dish is out of reach for them - I can't stand the smell of it. And they are also raised on mixed feed. Straight pigs are fatty. And also at the price of imported fish. For example, now carp in our hyper under the house is more expensive than mackerel.

Sometime after the war and stabilization, I will probably come. Here's the truth. the second time I hear carps raised like pigs! We are good. Maybe in big cities there is such a thing, but we don't. My husband bought a 3.5 kg carp, if translated into rubles, to make it clearer. 300 rubles, and if in dollars, then 4.5 is all pleasure. I don't know how to translate into your bunnies.

Ehhh, Angelchik! you broke my heart with your carpus! 3 years ago I lived in an area where those karpunki were bargaining at a bargain price, because they were grown in the channels where the local state district power station dumped hot water ...
And, in Irkutsk, carps of monstrous prices and monstrous fear are sold ... If you want, you will be afraid to buy ...
So, it seems, some Baikal carp are threatening to give a lift by November ... Well, I don't know ... But I'm waiting.

Let the good ones come! I'll conjure you up!
