Cooking method

  • Our main ingredient is squid. The forum has a recipe natalisha_31-Natalia, but we have a different way of cooking the squid themselves.
  • In my way, I decided to experiment and use the technology of making sous vide.
  • So, wash the squids, dry them with a napkin, put them in a bag and vacuum them (I have a Caso 200). I cooked at Shteba DD2 on the heating program 60g, 1 hour 20 min. At the end of the program, cool the bag with squid in cold water and after cooling down, send it to the refrigerator for ripening for 30 minutes.
  • Cut all the vegetables into strips (cucumbers, bell peppers), finely chop the eggs, add canned corn, and add our squid, cutting them into strips too. Salt, pepper, fill someone with what they like, I have mayonnaise. Bon Appetit!

Note

The cooking time of the squid requires correction, because for my taste the squid turned out to be soft, like butter, but I would like it with a crunch. In general, next time I will try to reduce the time by 20-30 minutes. I apologize for the photo, it is not very good, because I took pictures from the tablet.
