Firstly, as soon as Pearl Sugar is added (I have Kotanyi ... it can only work with it ...), so IMMEDIATELY turn on the waffle iron and start baking !!!
Otherwise, sugar dissolves over time !!!
Yesterday, after I intervened, I urgently needed to run away and I started baking only after half an hour! So during this time all the sugar has dissolved !!!! And that famous wonderful caramel crust did not work !!!
They are certainly delicious! ... but different ...

And for the same reason, secondly, do not double dose ...
Better to knead twice! ...

But again I repeat! - this applies specifically to Kotanyi Pearl Sugar !!!

Here! Now I took into account all the mistakes! I wrote a note (including myself), and I hope they will always turn out perfectly for me !!!

Therefore, I make dough for ordinary waffles (somehow I even made condensed milk), and spreading it out into panels in small "cakes" with a diameter of 5-7 cm, sprinkle with Kotanyi pearl sugar, close and bake ...

Tanyush, originally baked according to your recipe. Delicious, but very fatty. Subsequently, I reduced the butter by half, and increased the milk by 75 ml. Bottom line: oil does not leak out during baking, the taste is wonderful, pearl sugar does not melt so quickly, but it forms a crust very well
