Aromatic pear in its own juice or in wine

Ingredients

peeled pear 1 kg
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
lemon acid 1 tsp
cloves, mint, currant leaves
wine 150ml
cinnamon
anise 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • A great way to keep the pear in its own juice by only slightly enhancing its flavor. Cut the pear into wedges or cubes, sprinkle with sugar, anise and citric acid. Put currant and mint leaves, several cloves in sterilized jars. Fill the jars tightly, crushing, with a hill (during the sterilization process, the pear will settle strongly). Cover with lids and heat in the microwave at full power at the rate of 2 minutes for every 0.5 liter. If you do it with wine, then add a piece of cinnamon to each jar (or sprinkle with ground cinnamon together with sugar at the rate of 1 tsp for every 500 g), pour in the wine, close and also warm it up. Sterilize in boiling water 0.5L for 15 minutes, 1L for 20 minutes. In a pressure cooker at T = 115 * C 0.5 l cans for 5 minutes, 0.7 l - 7 minutes.
  • Perfect for pastries, cakes, casseroles, porridge in the morning, cottage cheese.

Linochka, congratulations on the new recipe. This year we have just tried our pears, I hope that I will try the recipe in the future.
Linadoc
Alla, Thank you! And I’m building my whole ton.

It turns out we heat the pear two times: in the micro and then sterilized - did I understand correctly?

I'd like to try
Linochka, and what kind of this is this?

That's right, first we heat it up, and then it is sterilized and the juices let out.

Irina, I have no idea, the usual old Moscow region (she is about 30 years old).

yes it should have been "cleaned up", but a misprint crept in. Corrected.

Linadoc, I already have so many of your recipes in my bookmarks - I definitely won't have time to cook! And you also make out - respect!
(I took it back to the bookmarks - I'll wait for the pears, they are already on the way)

it had to be ...
I'm a fool! I didn't even realize!
But in love, it should be tasteful!
Linadoc
Tatyana, do it, tasty and fast!
Irina, she is delicious!

Linadoc, but I didn't seem to succeed: after sterilization, there was very little juice in the jars, about 1 cm. I did not understand why to warm up in micro: after it I was just warm, not hot (maybe the power of the micro is small 700 watts). now, after rolling and cooling, the pears settled in the banks by a third. I doubt that they will be able to be stored - maybe it is better to open the cans and use the contents somewhere? I made only one deviation from the recipe - did not put leaves and anise.
Linadoc
Kira, so I wrote that it is necessary to fill it tightly and with a slide, because very little juice settles. And if you fill it tightly, then there is enough juice. If the power of the micra is low, then the time must be increased.
