Cottage cheese cookies with corn flour Morning

Ingredients

cottage cheese of any fat content 100 g
egg 1 PC
sugar 150 gr.
butter 30 gr.
corn flour 200 gr.
baking powder 1 tsp
peanuts (to taste) 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • This cookie will only take 25-30 minutes to prepare, and the result will leave few people indifferent.
  • Beat cottage cheese with egg, sugar and melted butter, add flour and baking powder. Meanwhile, preheats the oven to 2200C. Put the resulting mass on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with chopped peanuts (or chocolate chips, sugar, or leave it as it is) and send it to the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. (I have it with convection), bake until golden brown.
  • Serve with morning tea, coffee, cocoa, milk.

I baked a double portion and replaced the second 200 grams of corn flour with premium flour + starch. Butter took only 10 grams (there was so much), and the rest was vegetable. The total amount of butter and sugar has decreased. As a result, the children and my husband and I feasted on crispy crumbly cookies.
