Ingredients

Dough
flour 300-350g
butter / margarine 100g
eggs 2 pcs
vanilla sugar 1pack / 10g
baking powder 1 tsp
sugar 150g
lingonberry / cherry, currant and other berries 200g
Cream filling
sour cream 15-20% 200g
sugar 100-150g

Cooking method

  • Combine butter, vanilla sugar and sugar - grind. Add eggs, stir. Introduce flour with baking powder into the resulting mixture, knead a soft elastic dough. Grease a mold with a diameter of 26-28 cm and lay out the dough, make sides 3-4 cm. Pour the prepared lingonberries in an even layer. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • Beat sour cream with sugar. Once the cake is baked, pour over the cream. Leave on for 3-4 hours. I did it for a day, because I baked on Friday for Saturday lunch. Now it is cool and the cake was on the balcony.
  • Honestly, I didn't have much hopes for this cake, I chose it only because all the ingredients were at hand, and the baking itself did not take time. The cut also did not cause much enthusiasm, since the dough rose a lot, and there was very little filling. But how delicious it actually turned out))) The dough was soaked in a delicate cream, the unique light bitterness of lingonberry is harmoniously combined with sour cream. I really liked the pie, for the recipe many thanks to Nastya Skripkina))

True, I have slightly different proportions of products, especially lingonberries ... And I make the cream from 30% sour cream. He then stands with a hat (straight, like a cream of cream).
