Ingredients

Pork (better without fat and live) 1 kg.
Marinade:
Kvass 250 ml.
Soy sauce 200 ml.
Lemon juice 1/2 pcs.
Chili pepper (author has 3 tbsp. L) 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Ground black pepper (author has 3 tbsp. L.) 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I would like to share with you a wonderful snack - meat chips for beer, and not only.
  • The recipe was brought to me by my son from the Internet, with the words "Mom, but prepare such goodies in the dryer!"
  • Well, well, mom is like a pioneer)))), there was meat, everything else was also observed, why not cook it!
  • This is what is needed.
  • Meat chips Ogonyok
  • Everything is outrageously simple.
  • Meat (better kaneshna, use a tenderloin or carbonade for such a thing, so that without veins and fat), and so, we cut the meat into plates no more than 1 cm thick.
  • We put it in a bag where the meat will be marinated.
  • We mix everything for the marinade, and add to the bag to the meat. We jam everything well and put it in a suitable container.

  • We send to marinate, if it's warm, then 5-6 hours, but I was even afraid to keep the meat warm, or in the refrigerator for 12 hours. I stood for almost a day.
  • Then we take out the meat, shake off the marinade, put it on the trays of the dryer, I have Isidri 500, dry it at the highest temperature for 5-6 hours. After 3 hours, it is better to turn the meat over, and if it is necessary to rearrange the trays, for better drying.
  • Fse, delicious chips are ready!

I put much less pepper than the author's, as I was afraid of being too spicy, but whoever wants to, let them take the risk!

P.S. I will add a warning: Adjust the amount of Pepper according to Taste, because even from what I put, when cooking (1 tbsp. L. Red and black), it turned out SPICIOUS !!!!
This is not for everybody!
