Ingredients

Tomatoes 3 Kg
Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
Horseradish 300gr
Garlic 200 g
Remaining pepper (I have 4 pieces) 200gr
Sugar 200gr
Salt 4 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 9% 150gr

Cooking method

  • The recipe is very simple, you don't have to mess around for a long time. But in winter, this harvesting treasure with vitamins, an excellent prevention of influenza and ARVI.
  • So, all the vegetables and roots are washed, we pass through a meat grinder into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
  • According to the recipe, 200 g of hot pepper is used, for me this is a lot, add 2-3 pcs at first.
  • Over the course of time, we shift over sterilized jars and close with ordinary nylon caps.
  • Adjika is stored in the refrigerator, it is possible on the balcony, personally verified, does not spoil. It turns out from this amount of 9 cans of 0.5 and one 0.25 ml.

This is for us The first portion was made strictly according to the recipe _ also very tasty, but the spice was not enough for us, but spread it on bread and crackle ... In general, after 3 days they diminished a couple of jars themselves, a couple of jars were dragged away by relatives, after which it was accepted decision on urgent preparation of the second portion

There is no hostess yet, if I may answer. We really love adjika with horseradish and have always bought it from grandmothers in the market. This year I made it myself according to this recipe, but conducted an experiment. Since I made 3 servings, I made them a little differently. The only moment, we live in the Caucasus and love, if sharp, then sharp from the heart. Therefore, I put horseradish at 500 grams.
1 serving - all according to the recipe - divinely delicious, there are jars in the garage. They stand, it seems to be excellent so far.
Serving 2 - boiled tomato and pepper, when it cooled down, added everything else. I left a couple of jars in the kitchen, in a nook on the floor. More than 2 weeks have passed - they are normal.
Serving 3 - boiled the tomato, boiled all for 15 minutes, after adding the last horseradish and garlic, boiled for another 10 minutes. It stands without problems in the warmth, but adjika has become softer. She's spicy, of course, but not "crap." We spread on bread and crackle))) But can it still be infused?
I didn't really notice the difference between options 1 and 2 ... So try it.
I apologize to the hostess for such impudent experiments. It's just that we really love shit. The basement is warm, the garage is far away, and the refrigerator is not rubber, so I'm looking at how to do a lot next year, but so that nothing is lost.

I remember that the garlic was not there, it is very convenient, you can eat it straight to people! And made from green tomatoes.
