Adjika from zucchini and plums in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Ancient zucchini / pumpkin 2 Kg
Blue plums (I have prunes) 500 g
Bitter pepper 1-2-3 ... pcs.
Garlic 1 head large
Coriander, oregano, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, or other favorite spices to taste, a lot
Sunflower oil (optional) 5-6 st. l, but in general to taste
Dill, parsley, basil, jusay, or other favorite herbs to taste, a lot
Cilantro 1 bundle
Vinegar 9% taste

Cooking method

  • She peeled the zucchini from the rind and seeds, cut it at random. I cut the plums in half and removed the seeds, but kept the skin, even if it lagged behind the plum. I cut the bitter pepper together with the seeds into large pieces. I loaded everything into a multicooker and cooked for an hour on the program "Milk porridge / Soup / Baking". Then she cooled it down, poured it into a food processor and chopped it, but not too much (otherwise it would not turn out adjika, but ketchup!) Finely chopped cilantro, dill, parsley, dzhusai, pushed the garlic through a press, added to adjika. She poured a sea of all kinds of spices into it. I cooked on the same program for 10 minutes, poured in vinegar, mixed, rolled up.

The dish is designed for

5 x 470 ml

Time for preparing:

1.5-2 hours

Cooking program:

Multicooker -

Note

Hurra, the tomatoes are over !!
But the plums have just begun ...

Such an interesting color turned out!

On the palate - well, of course, naked spices, but the addition of aromatic herbs was personally done by Mush, because this adjika was cooked personally for him. And he is a lover of all kinds of herbs, even, one might say, a professional ... Therefore, I think that the pumpkin would go here well if a lot of spices still clog its taste and smell ...
