Pork ribs with Viennese beer in an airfryer

Ingredients

Ribs
Spice

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the pork ribs, rub with salt with spices and spread ketchup on top. Place under the lid of the airfryer on a high wire rack and bake until tender. I baked on a redmond lid at a maximum temperature of 12-15 minutes

  • The recipe was brought directly from Vienna.
  • I was returning from the Belvedere after a walk and was tired and hungry. In the end I came across a brewery and decided to rest there :-) of course I thought to take a Viennese schnzel, but I saw that everyone was eating ribs, so I ordered myself. They were all company and in front of them were huge portions of ribs. But, deciding that this is a portion of \ "for the company \", I boldly ordered myself a portion of \ "one \". But they brought me EXACTLY THE SAME PORTION !!! I thought that I could not master it, but I easily coped with it

Elenawhat delicious ribs. Did I understand correctly that you used the Redmond cover? And what were the ribs in? I don't cook so quickly under this lid

They lie on a high grate from the airfryer, but maybe from the microwave

Clear. Thank you. And I make ribs in a pressure cooker, for some reason I don't get them so quickly. M. b. depends on the ribs

Helen thanks for sharing the recipe. I took it to bookmarks. Loved that fast.

Yes, Irin, very fast and tasty, despite the fact that it is very simple. Ketchup tastes great.
Lyudmila, here the effect is like on the grill, a very high temperature of 250 degrees and a short time is enough. The ribs, although also quite thin, are from miratorg. There is not much meat, but just right for beer!
Try it, girls, to your health! Glad that you are interested in the recipe!
