Cooking method

  • A simple yet delicious beetroot salad. Cook all vegetables, wash, peel. Grate beets on a coarse grater. Pass the tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic through a meat grinder, Add all the spices - sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook for 20 minutes after boiling. Fill sterilized jars, roll up and wrap until cool.
