Ingredients

Cucumbers
sugar 2.5 st. l.
salt 2st. l.
vinegar essence 70% 3h l.
aspirin 2 tablets
Bell pepper

Cooking method

  • Recipe for a 3-liter jar.
  • Thoroughly wash the cucumbers and fill them with boiling water in a large bowl (I am in a plastic basin), which would cover completely for 1 hour.
  • I wash all the seasoning with hot water.
  • We sterilize jars and lids.
  • After an hour, drain the water from the cucumbers. Put the cucumbers together with the seasoning in the jars.
  • We fall asleep in each 3-liter jar 2.5 st. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l salt. Put 2 aspirin tablets.
  • And pour boiling water into each jar.
  • Then pour into each jar for 3 hours. l. vinegar. essences. And immediately roll up with a sterile lid.
  • We wrap the jars with a blanket until they cool completely.

Everyone who has tasted my cucumbers immediately asks for a recipe. And then they call Natasha's cucumbers * JOKINGLY * Of course, I don't make cucumbers now in 3-liter cans, but I do in liter ones. Therefore, I divide everything into three.
I store these cucumbers anywhere and for as long as you like.
In the photo there are last year's cucumbers, it is clear that this year has not salted yet.
