Ingredients

Cabbage 500-550 g
Carrot 75 g
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Salt 0.5 tbsp. l
Sugar 30 g
Sunflower oil 25 g
Vinegar 9% 35 g
Water 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse or "Korean" grater, press the garlic through a press, mix everything well. I also cut a bunch of jujusai.
  • Boil water with sugar, salt and oil, pour in vinegar, pour cabbage with hot marinade, mix.
  • Ready in 2 hours.
