Zucchini rolls

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 large
Hard cheese 120 g
Basil purple (can be replaced with mint) 7-10 leaves
Sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • There are many variations on the theme of zucchini rolls, but this recipe is my favorite, since the combination of basil with zucchini is something! You can also use mint instead of basil. This combination is also amazing!
  • We take one large long zucchini, cut it into plates about 5 mm thick. and fry in a pan with vegetable oil (no flour and salt).
  • For the filling, three cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the basil and combine it all with sour cream.
  • On the fried zucchini plates, on one side, lay out 1 teaspoon of the filling and twist into a roll. For reliability, you can chop it off with a toothpick.
  • The rolls are very tender! For spicy lovers, you can add garlic.
