Ingredients

tomato 2 Kg
Sweet pepper 1-2 pcs
bitter pepper 1 PC
black peppercorns 3 pcs
Bay leaf 1 PC
dill umbrellas
leaf celery
salt 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
aspirin 3 pcs

Cooking method

  • Proportion for a three-liter can.
  • We wash jars and lids well, pour over boiling water. Wash the tomatoes, let the water drain. Put spices, herbs and tomatoes in a jar, sprinkle salt, sugar on top, pour vinegar and put aspirin. Pour boiling water over and roll up. Turn over and wrap until it cools completely.
  • You can also roll it up without aspirin, but then you need a three-fold fill.
