Cooking method

  • Andrey Makarevich's recipe from the book "Men's Cooking".

  • I baked eggplants according to a different recipe and during the preparation process I remembered this and decided to try it.
  • We don't have lamb, there is just fresh pork lard left ...
  • and the barbecue was not expected today.
  • as it turned out, in the oven at 230 degrees in the grill-convection mode is also an option.

I have never made such eggplants. While the season, you have to try. There is no fat tail fat either, but with lard it is not worse. And I have been baking eggplants in the oven for a long time, so as not to fry them in a pan. And there is less fat, only I grease the baking sheet with an oil brush on top, and body movements.
