Ingredients

Eggs 4-5pcs
butter 50-60g
cilantro 1 bundle
parsley 1 bundle
dill 1 bundle
green onion 1 bundle
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Wash greens, shake off, chop finely. Cover with eggs, salt and mix. Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat, put eggs and herbs, flatten, cover and fry over low heat for ~ 5 minutes. Turn over using a wide spatula. Remove from heat immediately, cover and let it brew for 2-3 minutes. That's all. A very juicy and tasty dish turns out naturally for lovers of greenery))
