Smoothie "Carrot Joy"

Category: The drinks
Smoothie Carrot Joy

Ingredients

Carrots (fresh) 1 PC.
Banana 1 PC.
Peach (fresh or canned) 1 PC.
Apple (small and sour) 1 PC.
Lemon (juice) 1/3 PC.
Water, juice,
milk (animal or vegetable)
optional
Spices
(cinnamon, ginger, turmeric,
coriander, cardamom, cloves,
star anise)
optional

Cooking method

  • We peel the carrots, cut into medals approx. 1 cm.
  • Peel the apple and cut it into 6-8 parts.
  • If the peach is fresh, then it is better to remove the skin - this will make the smoothie softer. But you can leave it. The main thing is to remove the bone. It is enough to cut it in half.
  • Peel the banana and cut it into medals 2 cm thick.
  • We put the ingredients in the blender glass (I used a jug Philips Blend & Go Mini Blender HR2874 without a filter).
  • First we lay the peach and apple, and then the banana and carrot. Squeeze lemon juice.

  • Grind and whisk. At first I pulsed (until the mixture was mixed), and then beat continuously. This process took about 40 seconds.

  • The result is a thin, completely homogeneous puree, very tender.

  • If you want a thinner smoothie, you can add liquid in the form of water or juice, or perhaps animal or plant milk ... I did not add.

Girls, thanks for the kind words!
In fact ... the order for the carrot smoothie was made by Ksyusha:

And about solid products: in 30-60 seconds. will he really transform smoothies from, for example, orange, carrot, apple, ginger, banana, mint, into a smooth paste? I imagine that it is better to grind the harder ingredients first, then add the softer ones and mix. Or am I wrong?

I can’t say anything about this yet - I haven’t tried it. I suggest you figure out a carrot smoothie tomorrow.
