Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over the coconut flakes and insist a little (preferably in a thermos)

  • Pour the mixture into a jug with a filter. We close the lid. Beat for 1 minute.

  • Remove the lid, put it in the opposite position, drain the coconut milk from the jug, leaving the cake inside the filter. If there is no filter in the jug, you can drain through a sieve.

  • We remove the filter, rinse the jug. We put in it 1 banana, cut into pieces, zest and juice of a third of a lemon, fill it all with coconut milk (my milk spent the night in the refrigerator and stratified, but this is not at all scary).

  • Grind for no more than 30 seconds.

  • Remove the lid and pour the milkshake into a suitable container. It turns out to be delicate and airy. Can be garnished with lemon zest.
